Management Team
Kushi Reddy - CEO/CFO
Kushi Reddy is a co-founder and CEO of Orasys. She is the key person responsible for company
finances and day to day operations. Kushi Reddy holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and brings over nine years
of industry experience to Orasys. In addition to her existing responsibilities as CEO, she also contributes to all the
proposals and new initiatives at Orasys.
Madhu P. Reddy - President/COO
As a co-founder at Orasys, Madhu P. Reddy brings in fourtheen Oracle HCM experience. He has been involved in several full cycle project implementations which includes analysis, solution design, build and execution. He played a key role in the implementation of some of the largest HCM installs in the US and Canada, for clients such as Fidelity Investments, PPG Industries, A&P Grocery chanin, Avis and Burget Group, Level 3 Communications, and many more. Madhu was also a co-founder of KBACE Technologies. Mr. Reddy holds a Masters in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).

Alan Lovett
Alan Lovett currently works at Cummins Business Services, analyzing issues with Oracle Advanced Benefits and developing solutions, as well as providing ongoing Production Support. He also provides support and configuration training for users at the Los-Angeles based media conglomerate Vivendi Games. He has worked as a senior functional consultant for a range of organizations, including Whitaker Consulting, Software Quality Partners, and Gosine, Sulley & Associates. Mr. Lovett was educated at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and the Control Data Institute in Vancouver.
